  We booked two rooms for the 4 of us. Communication was good with door code coming through as promised. These are well appointed self catering rooms with separate double bedroom pull out sofa in sitting room/kitchen/diner and excellent bathroom. This is a short walk from the Geiselbergstrasse station which you can get a direct train to and from Vienna Airport. It is also a short walk from Zippererstrasse Metro station and tram stop both of which take you cheaply and quickly to the centre of Vienna. And right by these are three good supermarkets. Recommended for a clean warm well equipped apartment with good travel links and local amenities.

  We had the worst experience regarding contactless booking .

  We had the worst experience regarding contactless booking . After we booked .... Jimmy's apartments replied by sending us a message through which we had to register online in order to complete our check in procedure. The link for months did not work at all !!!! Days before checking in we tried to contact them many times with messages , emails even by calling them , giving them our details to call us back but it was ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE !!!! The only reply we had was to follow the link which again and again didn't work.A FEW HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK IN we did not receive any further information except from the useless link.Of course they have been paid in full and of course they said if we didn't manage to register online (by the useless link )they wouldn't send us the key code to enter the apartment.Imagine how it must have felt to travel to a foreign country, to be on a plane and not being sure IF ME AND MY FAMILY HAD SOMEWHERE TO STAY !!!!! This is the most unprofessional, faceless , insensitive and unemotional behavior I have ever seen in my life .Luckily for us they did sent us the precious link and we manage to have the key code just before the check in time .....The problem is not just the link .... What was really unfair was that I was trying to communicate with someone , and this someone did not respect that they took money from me, they did not respect that I tried to contact them and most of all they just didn’t care at all about their customers until the very last MOMENT!!!!

  Apartment a little off center but very fast access by metro 5 minutes walk.Even though we did not meet anyone the access to the apartments is very well managed. In addition, there is a place to land and drop off luggage.Only downside: people sleeping on the sofa bed have no storage option. A few coat racks are missing to make up for this.   Very basic, but with the minimum needed

  Very basic apartment. Not so far from city center, but still some minutes away from the train/tram stop and then circa 20 min to center.Enough cutlery but only 2 pans (one giant and one very small)!I think they could already renovate those.Other this, quite easy to handle.

  Apartment away from the center, but very well connected. It has subway line 3 and tram line 71 five minutes away. The S7 train stop, which takes you to the airport, is also five minutes away. The large room, the living room with sofa bed and kitchen with all inclusive, is missing a toaster. Large bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning in the living room not in the bedroom. Cleaning the right room, not the terrace, has cobwebs. Accessed with codes that give them to you by email. He's got a trash room by the door of the portal. There are several supermarkets very close (Lidl and Spar ) but close soon, daily from 7:00 to 19:00, on Saturdays until 18:00 and Sundays closed.
