  Great apartment, very cozy, clean. The staff was super kind, smooth and easy check-in. I recommend it to everyone! We had no wine opener in the apartment, the service guy brought one in 5 minutes. Very good service! Location is convenient, easy to go to city center.

  Rooms are spacious and good. Bathrooms are very good. Kitchen has lot of utensils. Enjoyed our stay here. Cons:Water heater is very slow and small tank so you have to wait for sometime to get hot water flowing.Should have second toilet as it is 2 bedroom apartment for 6 people stay. Too much road noise at night even you stay in top floor.

  Great comfort, safe and transport options

  Stayed here for a few nights around Christmas and we loved our spacious two bedroom apartment on 2nd floor. Very new and safe with digital code access email right on time for check-in. Transport options at the door, bus and tram. Parking wise, it's a 3-hour zone outside, so make sure you know the rules and buy the 3-hour ticket and move car around. Otherwise, you can use Park and Ride once you drop off your luggage at Jimmy's and hop on Vienna's excellent public transport system. The digital safe didn't work, other than that, would recommend this place and stay here again. 4 stars. 👍🏻

  Well-furnished, clean and spacious

  We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 2 weeks, visiting relatives. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home (well-equipped kitchen with espresso machine and even capsules, kitchen towels, dishwasher with tabs; bathroom has towels, extra set of towels and bed sheets, hand soap, toilet paper) . The apartment is clean and spacious, and there's a tram stop right in front of the house. Tram takes you to the next underground station in 3 minutes and right into the city centre in 20 minutes.If you close the windows at night, you'll hardly hear any of the traffic or tram outside. However, there's a small construction site next to the house and sometimes, it can get rather noisy by 7a.m. (it happened twice during our stay). The next supermarket and pharmacy are a 10 minute walk away (or one tram stop).During our stay, we had a few days of extreme heat (37°C), so we were really thankful that the place had air-conditioning!Overall, I definitely recommend the place for families and people who like to stay somewhere away from the busy, touristy city centre.

  Our home away from home

  From the minute we arrived until we left, we literally felt it was our home away from home. The place is spotless clear. Stylishly furnished.. looks like it came out of an Ikea catalogue. Everything was as advertised and even more. Communications over email with the staff was very easy and they responded very quickly. The place is quiet. Transportation stop is right at your door step connecting you to Meidling train station or you can take it all the way to Karlzplatz if you want to go to the city. Highly recommended especially to families with kids.
