    Avoid and stay away from this hotel

    The room they put us in had bad AC, it was not working at all. When informed front desk they said they cannot get it fixed since there was not abailable and they cannot even move us to a different room.We were all Sweaty and miserable all night. My complain is that they should not have put us in a room whose AC did not work. And their front desk customer rep was not citrus at all. When told about it she was like ok, we cannot do anything.I would recommend to stay away from this hotel

    We had an excellent one week stay here. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, facilities were perfect and the location to the trains and trams was spot on. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe, the rooms are comfortable and the price was excellent. We particularly enjoyed watching the service robot Neko too.     Brekfast nice, staff very kind, it was very laud because other school kids, staying in hotel, unplesent. Facilities not as I expected, but ok and clean. Garage was perfect. Location was to far, but good connection with subway. Not so good as I have expected.     We stayed for 3 nights at JUFA Hotel Wien City as two adults and a 2-year-old child. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, though there are a few details that could definitely be improved.Positive aspects:The location is very good, with a metro line about a 9-minute walk away.The breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide variety of options—enough to have something different each morning over several days.The play area for children is excellent, especially for kids up to around 5–6 years old. There are also many family games available to rent, which is a nice touch.The lobby is spacious, well-organized, and has a beautiful glass roof.A special mention to Mr. Paadoupulos at the bar—his service was outstanding. He was calm, attentive, and genuinely engaged with guests.Food and drink prices are reasonable, with decent à la carte options available.Negative aspects:Upon arrival, we were given a smaller room than booked, without a kettle or toiletries. The next day, the reception manager (we believe his name was Dimitrievici) was very helpful and arranged a room change, which we appreciated. However, the initial interaction with the receptionist was disappointing—her attitude felt dismissive, and her explanation regarding the missing amenities was not appropriate.The breakfast staff could improve communication; there was little to no check-back or interaction with guests.Food at the buffet was not labeled, which made things confusing at times.About 15 minutes before check-out, our key cards stopped working. Although one card was reactivated at reception, it still didn’t work.     Fake advertising and dirty room

    We chose JUFA Hotel because it advertises hypoallergenic rooms (fake advertising), as we were traveling with our 4-month-old baby. Unfortunately, the room was full of dust and clearly not properly cleaned. It was only cleaned a day later after we complained. The hotel also denied any partial compensation.
