    Charming hotel with great location right in Stephansplatz. We stayed in a “maisonette” which is basically a suite. QUITE spacious even by like “Las Vegas” standards. Beautifully adorned room. Very, very nice polite staff, very helpful. The cafe/bar in the courtyard is beyond charming. The breakfast is quite good. We traveled with our adventurous 5 yo and had PLENTY of space for him to romp in the room. Bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom had a full size tub and walk in shower. Highly recommend.

    Perfect Vienna Stay

    Our second stay in this facility, and still an absolute favorite. All staff were wonderful; rooms were well-sized, extremely comfortable, and perfectly clean; breakfast was varied and delicious; and the location is superb. We will stay here every time we have the privilege of visiting Vienna!

    This turned out to be the perfect choice for our first visit to Vienna. The room was a good size, the beds super comfortable and the bathroom set up turned out to be great (the tub and sink in one room and the toilet in a separate room). The morning breakfast options were very good and plentiful and the staff was always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The location cannot be beat - it’s a couple minutes from St. Stephens, but you’d never know it because it’s so quiet and serene. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.

    This Is a Hidden Gem. Enjoy a Comfortable Experience in an Old-World Environment

    Waking into the hotel was like stepping into an old world. The two men of the reception team were friendly and full of useful information to find the right Vienna sites to explore the town, based on your personality and interests. I think one of the men could teach a college course on Austrian history and culture. The hotel room was dreamy. I love the cozy old-world style. The breakfast had a full representation of food groups, which I appreciated. The fruit was fresh and sweet. The omelette was delicious. My only quibble was the lack of bathrobes. But I would return to this hotel and heartily recommend it.
