  the only thing I liked was the place was 5 minutes away from a grocery store, Westfield Mall where we found lots of restaurants . It was easy to get to the Tram about 10 minutes walk.this place is one of the worse hotel I have been ! it is old , neglected , parking cost 20 Euro per day ! the staff was rude when I asked for information or extra items .there was a sign on many walls in the Lobby saying : guests are NOT allowed to bring any drinks or food in the lobby ! there was an empty restaurant but we couldn't sit and have a snack ! it is located at a very busy intersection , very noisy . we couln't open the window as my room was facing the boulevard. It was so bad that I went to the reception to request a room NOT on the street side , and the staff rudely said hotel is full .

  *Rude front desk service personnel, lackind elementary courtesy*They don't follow what Booking.com requests them to offer/do for customers and they openly say they go by their own rules*Cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired*Avoid at any price to avoid aggravation and disappointment

  Hotel: Lenas Donau HotelTotal disaster! I booked a room that looked decent in the photos on Booking, but what I got had absolutely nothing to do with them. The room was small, dirty, and full of cockroaches and ants.When we told the receptionist we wanted a different room, he grabbed the “rooms available” sign from the desk and suddenly claimed there were no more rooms available, even though it was clearly visible before. Instead of fixing the issue, he handed us a bug spray as the solution. Unreal.The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was urine on the toilet seat. Completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, the receptionist was rude and arrogant, acting like we were a problem just for expecting a clean room.I honestly have no idea how this place got 3 stars—it doesn’t deserve even one. Avoid Lenas Donau Hotel if you care about cleanliness, respect, or basic standards.

  The most basic hotel I’ve ever stayed in

  The most basic hotel I have ever stayed in bordering on a hostel. Location was close to Austria Centre which made the daily journey there easy but that was the only benefit apart from the very cheap cost of the stay which was paid by my company and the adequate breakfast. Room was extremely basic with 2 single uncomfortable beds, 2 hangers in the wardrobe ( I wasn’t allowed any more), no safe, no air con, very noisy in the morning as it was close to breakfast room, stained pillow cover, only German tv channels, no USB phone charger sockets. All in all, it was excellent value for money if you’re on a very tight budget but the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

  Well the price of the room is fine. Cheap enough. And I understand it’s a 3 star hotel , but hygiene shouldn’t be a concern for any hotel. Not only were the carpets stained, but we noticed the beds weren't even cleaned when we asked them to. The only thing they did was take up the towels and bring in “new ones” that had someone else’s period stains on it that didn’t wash out. Oh and one night? They just didn’t even bother to bring in any towels at all and I had to ask the reception at 12am. I don’t expect chocolates on the bed but can I at least sleep in a clean one.
