  A quality accommodation that helped us enjoy our visit to Vienna

  The hotel rooms are well equipped. Everything in the hotel is very clean (including the rooms). The quality of the WI-FI is sufficient. Although there is a metro line passing by the hotel, we did not hear any noise from it (it is true, however, that we stayed at the back of the hotel). The atmosphere at the reception and in the restaurant is very pleasant and warm. The breakfast is sufficient. The hotel is very well located, close to metro stations on lines U4 and U6 (on line U4 it is only 3 stops from the center). In conclusion, we can say that staying in this hotel was a successful experience.   Warm, clean, practical, safe, lovely breakfast with many options, friendly welcoming staff including hard working cleaners and breakfast staff.   One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

  I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately the experience was unacceptable from the very beginning. When I entered the room, I was immediately hit by a strong and unpleasant smell. I contacted the reception and asked for a room change, but my request was refused without any real explanation.The room was clearly not properly cleaned. There were cobwebs all over the walls. When I turned on the hairdryer, it smelled like something was burning, which felt unsafe. The lights in the room were flickering constantly. On the edges of the table and on the decorative tissue box cover, there were visible dried bodily residues, which was absolutely shocking and unhygienic.When I turned on the air conditioning, large amounts of dust blew out directly into the room, irritating my eyes immediately. I suffer from a dust allergy, and staying in this room was almost a health hazard for me. By the morning, I woke up visibly swollen and had to spend the next day taking allergy medication and eye drops.Regarding customer service, the situation was just as disappointing. Booking.com practically ignored my complaint and refused to treat it as an official claim, calling it only a “complaint” instead. The hotel stated in messages that they were willing to approve a refund, but only if it was processed through Booking. When I followed this process, I received just over 500 CZK back, which is not even a quarter of the total amount paid.Overall, this was the worst trip I have ever experienced. Poor hygiene, unsafe room conditions, lack of responsibility from the hotel, and inadequate support from Booking.com. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially people with allergies or health sensitivities.   Excellent for a short stay in Vienna!

  The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly and the check-in process was straightforward. Location is great and only a few stops on the tram to the centre of Vienna. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Vienna if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel!   Bad Experience🙁I stayed for 5 nights and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel. During my entire stay, my towels were never changed once. The receptionist, particularly someone named Luca, was extremely rude and had an ironic, dismissive attitude. As someone who works in the tourism industry, I can confidently say the staff’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional.I suffer from a back problem and kindly asked for assistance with my suitcase. The response I received was appalling: “It’s not our business and we don’t offer this service.” No empathy, no help, just indifference. I was left struggling on my own.There was no fridge in the room, no room service available, and overall the amenities were far below standard. I truly wonder how the Management allows this level of disregard for guests’ comfort and dignity.An awful experience from start to finish.Avoid it.
