This hotel is located right next to Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s biggest shopping street. It is 2 km to Schönbrunn, while the city centre is 3 km away, as is St. Stephan's Cathedral. Vienna Airport is 15 km from the hotel.

6 suites, 3 studios, 22 single rooms and 186 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     Not Recommended! Not 4-star standard – very poor noise insulation & maintenance issues

    We booked this hotel expecting a 4-star standard, but the actual experience was very disappointing and did not match the listing. The building and room are in poor condition with visible wear and tear, including cracked and peeling paint, damaged fixtures, and exposed wiring near the bedside light, and from the carpet, it is evident that their cleaning service is not done properly. The overall upkeep is far below what is expected of a 4-star property.The biggest issue was the noise. the noise situation was extremely bad. Early morning around 6AM., we could clearly hear people walking and talking in the corridor, doors opening and closing repeatedly, and sirens from outside. The sound insulation is extremely poor and we were unable to get proper rest at all.For the price paid, there are far better and more reputable hotels available in the same range. We had no choice but to check out early and move to another hotel. Would not recommend this property if you value sleep, comfort, and basic maintenance standards.     I have just arrived to Leonardo hotel in Vienna. My booking was comfort room with all pictures at website refer to king size bed with average space in the room. But what I actually find is terrible small room with very small bed and annoying sliding roof over my head. I asked reception to change my booking although they refused and informed me that all rooms are occupied.I am very disappointed with such room which i think worse than hostel.     The hotel’s location is phenomenal, the rooms are exceptionally clean, everything is in excellent condition, and you have everything you need in the room.     A well located (few minutes walk from Westbahnhof metro) and reasonably priced hotel. No frills, small room and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was satisfactory although the hot food and fruit could be improved upon. Would stay here when I next visit Vienna for the Erste Bank ATP tournament.
