Location

This hotel lies amidst peaceful, green surrounds in Döbling, one of Vienna's most elegant residential districts, which is located close to Kahlenberg and just 15 min from the city centre.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 439 non-smoking rooms located in a 5-storey main building and an auxiliary building. This apartment hotel has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. Rooms

    The room was single, very comfortable, with kitchenette, AC and heating, a balcony with table and two chairs, besides the indoor desk nad table with chair. Tea and cocoa, and water and beer replaced daily. I waived the daily room tiding, to donate the value to an institution. Rain came unsuspectedly and they provided an umbrella at my disposal. Very friendly staff, although not all speaking English (I can not speak German). Marvellous breakfast!!!To improve: (sorry I forgot to mention it so staff when I was there) the toilet flush can get stuck and the water will not stop running unless taking some action. Also the bathroom ventilation was needing some oil (?) as it started to make more noise during my stay. Nothing that can't be fixed by maintenance. Great place to stay, with many transports nearby.     The unit provided was the right size for 3 persons. Having a split level with the main bedroom and shower at the upper level made this a unique experience. Mau=ybe the only downide of this all was teh time when the housekeepers came to clean the room. We were in our room at 17.30 hrs and we heard a knock on teh door. As we opened we were asked if it was possible to clean the room. We opted to only have a change of towels.     I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!

    I am staying in the hotel with my family group, now for 2 nights. I am disappointed with this hotel, my family has to bring lots of big luggage through the stairs! And also aircond are not working, the reception said it is only ON during summer. While 1 of the room can turn on the aircond. We asked to turn on for the rest of 5 rooms, but they said CANNOT!     If you prefer to stay in the outskirts of Vienna, away from the bustling city center, then this hotel is an option. The area is lovely, great links to transports, stores and cafés nearby. There is a great cafe/bakery downstairs in the hotel.Reception staff is nice.The rooms are OK, quite narrow with not a lot of space for your things in the bathroom. Cleaning staff in the early morning hours are extremely loud.If you are looking for something quite, this is not the place. Also, beds are very average, and you will only get one pillow per person. Liked the area and cafe, and found the hotel very average.
