Location

The hotel is situated a 10-minute public transport journey away from the Schönbrunn Palace as well as 10 minutes from the city centre. All major sightseeing spots in Vienna can be reached by public transport, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Vienna International Airport is approximately 25 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 2 suites, 4 single rooms and 49 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    Hotel Lucia is in District 15, not a usual location for Vienna hotels but its a 3 minute walk from Johnstrasse U Bahn 3 Station, (giving a direct airport link via Landstrasse), and Tram/Bus links. It's 3 star so doesn't have the frills. However, it is clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed, friendly, excellent continental-type breakfast (for those familiar with the concept), coffee machine and drinks fridge in the lobby, (cash payment).It's a 20 minute walk, downhill, to Schonbrunn Palace, worth taking the bus back up the hill!We enjoyed our stay.

    we were 4 persons on December 2025 for 3 nights. The location is good. the people at the reception are very nice, smiling and helping with patience. the rooms big and clean. the breakfast is good.

    Horrible staff. Bad location. Dirty rooms. Ancient clim more noisy than an avión rotor. Small rooms, very bad view and once you leave and leave then nice tips, they treat like dirt.

    Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Lucia was overshadowed by poor treatment from the cleaning staff.In particular, Ms. Galina made us feel extremely uncomfortable during our stay. Her attitude was far from welcoming – instead of hospitality, we were met with condescension and unnecessary restrictions. At times, it felt as though we were being monitored and corrected like schoolchildren, not respected guests. She even refused to allow us access to the terrace, without offering a valid reason.This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any hotel that claims to offer decent service. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself is clean and well-located. However, as long as the staff responsible for guest comfort are disrespectful, I cannot recommend this place to others.

    This hotel is very convenient and comfortable The staff are very helpful The location is quiet and it’s very near the metro and is surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants It’s extremely clean and comfortable It’s in a nice quiet location
