  The location may not suit guests who prefer to walk to nearby attractions, as reaching the city centre or other areas typically requires transport such as the underground or a taxi.Unfortunately, the cleaning standards were very poor. The pillowcases had clearly not been changed upon check-in, The duvets and pillows were old, the filling was not fluffy and the stuffing got collected in different parts of it leaving the other parts sort of empty. The overall housekeeping was below expectation. Coffee mugs and glasses were still stained, the floor was dusty, and the bathroom floor appeared not to have been mopped, with visible marks left behind. This was very disappointing.That said, the reception staff, specifically Joud, and restaurant team were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was appreciated.موقع الفندق ليس مناسبًا لمن يفضلون الوصول إلى المعالم السياحية او وسط المدينة سيرًا على الأقدام، حيث يتطلب الذهاب إلى وسط المدينة أو أماكن أخرى استخدام وسائل النقل مثل المترو أو سيارات الأجرة.للأسف، كانت معايير النظافة ضعيفة جدًا. كان من الواضح أن أغطية الوسائد لم يتم تغييرها عند استلام الغرفة وقت الوصول و حشو اللحاف قديم وغير متناسق، كما أن مستوى التنظيف بشكل عام كان دون المقبول. كانت أكواب القهوة والكؤوس لا تزال متسخة في اليوم الثاني، وكانت الأرضية مليئة بالغبار، كما بدا أن أرضية الحمام لم يتم مسحها، مع وجود آثار واضحة متروكة. كان ذلك مخيبًا للآمال للغاية.بالرغم مما سبق، لا بد من الإشارة إلى أن موظفي الاستقبال و خاصة التي تدعى جود وكذلك موظفي المطعم كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين للغاية ، وهو أمر محل تقدير

  Nice hotel rooms were modern, walk in shower which is very nice. Great staff, everyone was very friendly, front desk, bar, restaurant, ect. Breakfast was excellent, good selection.   Excellent stay in Vienna! Would highly recommend this lovely hotel if visiting, 5 min walk from Margaretengurtel metro station and tram station. Convenient as slightly outside the main part of Vienna, but very close and easy to get into city centre. Lots of cafes nearby to get breakfast, and also very easy to get the tram to Vienna Central Station. Booked via booking.com and got free upgrade - room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice bar downstairs. Would recommend staying here if looking for somewhere out of the main city centre.
