Location

This attractive hotel is centrally located close to the natural history and art history museums in the Spittelberg district of the city. There are many shopping venues as well as countless restaurants, bars and galleries to be found in the vicinity as well as links to the public transport network (Volkstheater underground station) lie within walking distance of the hotel (approximately 200 m away). Wien-Schwechat airport is 8 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 4 junior suites, 99 suites, 3 single rooms and 116 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested.     A new, beautiful hotel in the heart of Vienna's museum district and close to everything you need for a great site-seeing vacation in Vienna. Miiro Spittelberg was absolutely perfect: fluffy, oversized bath towels; helpful, friendly staff; super comfortable bed; squeaky-clean bathroom; large guest rooms; late check out (depending on availabilty) luggage storage; freshen up room for after checkout.     We had an amazing stay at the new Miiro Spittelberg hotel. It just opened less than two weeks ago, but felt like it was already running smoothly for ages.The atmosphere in the hotel is great. The welcoming staff made our arrival easy and warm. The interior design of the lobby is truly gorgeous.Our room was really comfortable. It was light and spacious. The temperature was great and could he easily controlled. There was plenty of stroage space and the bathroom was very clean. A nice bonus was the tv which allowed us to cast our own movies from our phones.We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked great. We did however try the gym, which looked great. The equipment from Nohrd looks beautiful, but wasn't the easiest to adjust to our gym needs.The location of the hotel is great. A lot of sights are within walking distance or are easily reachable by public transport, which is also close by.All in all we had an amzing stay and will definitely come back!     Pros: location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, late departure service.A very decent hotel in the quiet Spittelberg area. The Museum Quarter is nearby, and the city center is a 10–15 minute walk away.The room on the 6th floor (courtyard view) was spacious, bright, and recently renovated. Housekeeping is good, towels are changed daily.The reception staff is great. When I asked for bathrobes and slippers (they weren't in the room), they brought them immediately. Special thanks for arranging a late departure: we left our luggage in the storage room and used the rest lounge for free until the evening (our flight was at 9 PM). This is a huge plus for tourists.Breakfasts are tasty and varied: cold cuts, several types of cheese, smoked salmon, fresh pastries. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality.Minor suggestions for improvement:1. Check-out time. Currently check-out is at 11:00 AM. It would be more comfortable if it were at 12:00 PM or even 1:00 PM — a noticeable advantage for a relaxed morning.2. Hotel entrance. There are stairs at the entrance but no ramp for luggage. You have to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs by hand, which is inconvenient, especially after a long flight. A small ramp or luggage slide would solve the problem.Final verdict: the hotel is excellent, I recommend it. The points mentioned did not ruin the impression, but fixing them would make it absolutely perfect.     Liked • The room was clean and very quiet and the beds comfortable, not too hard. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The location was great, walkable to most sights and the city center. It was a very pleasant stay overall.Disliked • Breakfast was the same every day (only the pastries changed) and didn't have enough variety. For example, there was no fish, hummus, salads, dips, pancakes, boiled eggs, fried eggs, or any fried potatoes or hash browns on the buffet. The fruit was unripe/hard every day (melon and kiwis). The coffee machine on the right side delivers only lukewarm coffee. I mentioned it every day, but nothing was done about it. The room was exceptionally small for 2 people, about 16 sqm. We received a partial refund as they didn't have the room category we had booked.

    Perfect place to base out of for a visit to Vienna! Very close to museums, great small boutique shopping and interesting, independently owned cafes. Easy to use Ubahn station very close by that can take you anywhere in the City. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room was large and simply furnished, perfect for what we were looking for. Breakfast was very well stocked with plenty of wait staff to help navigate the buffet.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to stay that is off the beaten path.
