Location

This attractive hotel is located on the longest shopping street in Europe, the Mariahilfer. Links to the public transport network are available at the West Station, about 500 m away. The Hofburg, which is definitely worth a visit, can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The magnificent city centre of Vienna, with all its sights and tourist attraction, lies approximately 1 km away, while Vienna airport is some 25 km away.

Facility

73 suites and 73 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.     I travelled to Vienna with mum as a present pre-surgery and since she is 84 I thought to choose a fairly central hotel and a nice one to make her feel as the special woman she is.NH made us feel Super Special, from the moment we stepped in.The room was very spacious and with comfortable beds.Breakfast rich and with a variety of items to choose from...and on the rooftop! Amazing :)Public transport is great too and really near to the hotel, metro and bus, making the trip to the heart of the city very easy.And after our explorations, the sauna to wind down was perfect.The staff is very kind and professional, always ready to help with almost anything really!It was a real pleasure to stay in this Hotel.Thank you all!     The room wasn't in the best condition. scuff marks on the flooring, and the walls. the panels in the kitchen corner were ripped. on the hallways the fire suppression systems were hanging out.     Nh Collection Wien Zentrum is my favourite hotel in Vienna. We have been there twice. Hotel is amazing in a great place next metro station very close to the centre. The member stuff is very helpful , polite and friendly. Cleanness is remarkable and I appreciate it. I hope to return there soon.     Originally booked the hotel as it was central location and described as having stunning views on the Hotel website.Central was correct. On a main shopping street with a 20 minute walk to Museum Quarter, City Centre, Parks etcUnfortunately there were no rooftop terrace stunning views at the hotel :-1. You had to have breakfast to access the rooftop terrace.2. Upon access to the rooftop terrace the tables were not set out on the terrace as per the hotel website photo ( see photos ).3. When you actually sat down on the tables available all you could see was mostly a wall.We had complained to Jet2 prior to the trip that breakfast was required to access the rooftop terrace and this was not in the booking information, however they were not interested and advised us to complain after the trip.GoodBen & Christine & others were exceptional on reception, helpful with every question or request.Room was good size, open plan, clean.Extremely close access to underground & buses.On a main Shopping street with most requirements available supermarkets, coffee shops, clothes, cafes, restaurants Isabell Wallig, Guest Services / Front Office at NH Collection Wien Zentrum, responded to this review Dear PetethefeetWales,Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing to stay with us.
