This hotel is situated in Donaustadt, in northern Vienna, right next to the Austria Center Vienna and the Vienna International Centre. The Stephansplatz in the city centre can be reached by metro in about 10 min. The nearest metro station is 'Kaisermühlen/Vienna International Centre' and can easily be reached on foot within 3-5 min. The West and South train stations can easily be reached by taxi or with the metro within 25 min. Vienna International Airport is a 20-minute drive or taxi ride (25 km).

Facility

3 suites and 249 double rooms are located on 18 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Everything seemed to be broken, food bad, room too hot

    Upon check-in it turned out they had lost my reservation, luckily there were still rooms available.None of the plug sockets worked for my adapter and charger apart from the one by the door, which was very inconvenient. My shower bracket broke and I had to hold the shower. The light outside the door was also broken, which was very inconvenient when getting back late.I tried ordering room service, which cost around €20, but it was clearly portioned for a mouse! I ate it in two bites, and ended up having to order a takeaway instead. Picture attached. Breakfast was disappointing, the muffins were so dry they were inedible.Air conditioning was terrible, and so the room was constantly far too hot.Overall, I thought it was very bad value for money, and I couldn't believe it is a 4 star hotel!

    I stayed at NH Danube City Vienna for 7 days (from March 23 to 29, 2026).Overall, I had a very positive experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, which makes it easy to quickly reach the city center and other parts of Vienna.I would also like to highlight the breakfasts — they are varied and truly delicious. This was especially important for me as I follow a diet: the menu included stewed vegetables, cherry tomatoes, beans, beets, and other healthy options.Special thanks to Roman, the waiter, for his attentiveness, friendliness, and high level of service.I would be happy to stay here again during my next visit to Vienna.The hotel fully meets international service standards and is an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure.     I enjoyed my stay at the NH Danube City Hotel

    The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the room is exceptionally quiet. There is a BILLA supermarket right next to the hotel, and it is also very close to Westfield Shopping Center. The surroundings outside the hotel are excellent. It is situated right between the Old and New Danube, making it very convenient to reach the riverbanks. The air quality is superb, and one can enjoy running along the river.     Hotel stay was uneventful. Check in time was 3pm, check out 12pm. Front desk can be quite shorthanded at times. Breakfast spread included bread, egg, some meat, cereal, fruits.
