Location

This hotel is located directly opposite the arrivals hall of Vienna International Airport and is the perfect location for events ranging from business meetings to fairs and congresses. Restaurants, bars, a bus station, shops and the WTC Vienna are all in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Guests will reach the motorway in about 500 m, the city centre in approximately 2 km, and the famous St. Stephen’s Cathedral in 3 km. M. R. Štefánik airport in Bratislava and Thalerhof airport in Graz lie 150 km and 180 km from the hotel respectively.

Facility

500 non-smoking rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 20 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam. Subject to charge: massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 2 restaurants, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Convenient Stay before an early next morning flight

    We stayed one night at this hotel across from the Vienna Airport. The terminals are easy to reach on foot and it just takes a few minutes. We did fine with 3 pieces of luggage. The room was nice, clean and modern. The bathroom was huge and that was appreciated. The toilet area is extra, great. The room had a shower which is always adequate for us, but I have to comment that it is in an odd angle. No wash cloths are provided but that is more or less the norm in European hotels. We prepaid for the evening buffet dinner (available with a discount) and the buffet was set up very nice and offered lots of dishes. My favorite was the Griessnockerl soup and the salad bar. Plenty of hot dishes and side dishes but they could improve with a bit more seasoning. Drinks have to be paid extra, they are not part of the buffet dinner package.The front desk personnel were very friendly and efficient. Check in/check out was quick. There was bit of a sewer smell in and around the hotel, maybe because it was raining on and off. Not offensive. Since it is a convenient hotel when one has an early flight the next morning, we will consider staying there again when we come to Vienna. If one doesn't want to eat at the hotel, in the airport terminals across the road are several nice eating places.     Don’t waste your money eating here

    When asked whether you want to have dinner, they book you for the buffet dinner without asking whether you like that (I wanted à la carte). In the restaurant after being seated they ask if you want to drink something before dinner. Then in the end they bring everything together , apetizer and drinks and main course and drinks.
