    I stayed at Park Hyatt Vienna during a work trip and had an exceptional experience overall. From arrival through departure, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist in any way they could. The level of service stood out and made a lasting impression.The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Although my particular room overlooked a wall and did not offer much of a view, the size of both the room and bathroom was impressive, especially for a standard room category. The bathroom in particular felt exceptionally large and elevated the overall experience.Exceptional Service and Hospitality, Minor Air Conditioning IssueThroughout my stay, the hotel maintained the level of hospitality and professionalism you would hope for from a luxury property. The service culture seemed genuine rather than transactional, which is something frequent travellers notice and appreciate.My only criticism would be the air conditioning. Either it was not functioning properly during my stay or it simply was not powerful enough, as the room remained warmer than expected. While not enough to significantly impact my overall impression, it was noticeable.Overall, I would highly recommend Park Hyatt Vienna. The attentive staff, spacious accommodations, and overall guest experience made this one of the stronger hotel stays I’ve had, and I would gladly return.     Can't imagine staying some place else

    This was my fourth stay in this hotel in Vienna, my favorite European city.What not to like? Location, pool, spa, café! This time I even tried cryo treatment in the spa. Amazing! Feels like after triple espresso, full of energy.Service was amazing -Anja at reception, concierges Martin and Stefan- thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable! And the lady in the spa-sorry, didn't write your name- it was so fun talking to you!My only small disappointment- the tea brand has changed, and I am a tea drinker, rare exception in this coffee oriented city.Will be back!     Really gives the Park Hyatt experiance you expect and then some. Right in the heart of central Vienna a former bank transformed into a luxory hotel with the historical theme of the building surviving. The rooms are immaculate as well as everything else. The staff is amazing and attentive but not overly so. Very happy we were able to stay there during our time in Vienna.     We returned to Park Hyatt Vienna after a previous stay a few years ago, and the improvement was remarkable—this time, it truly delivered a 5-star experience for our 3-night stay.Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, with quick and efficient responses throughout. The in-room breakfast was a highlight and a perfect way to start the day.The spa remains one of the best in Vienna, with the iconic “golden” pool offering a unique and memorable setting. It’s a hotel you can genuinely enjoy even without leaving the property.Service was consistently excellent. The concierge secured a last-minute table at Figlmüller Bäckerstraße and handled schedule changes effortlessly.
