    I go to Vienna overnight fairly frequently, and this is where I stay. Clean, comfortable and minutes’ walk from Wien hbf, the icing on the cake is the price— really, really reasonable for a European capital! They will become a Premier Inn in Feb 2025, though, so I am not sure what will change.

    I did not like it at all. First, there is no sign with logo outside so I had to go round for 15 min in the dark, in the end decided to ask in nearby hotel Premier Inn and it was it - just they did forget to mention it🙄Later my room card did not work so back to the reception in a very old lift. No breakfast, no English tv channels, no possibility to change temperature. Room clean and decent size but super basic.Plenty of better options in Vienna.

    Good room a few steps from the train station

    This hotel is located only a few steps from the main train station. The room was good. There's coffee or tea for free in the hallways. You can reach a shopping street nearby where you can take the metro to reach the inner ring where all the major sights are located. Overall if you're planning to take the train to or from Vienna this hotel is a good choice.

    I wasn't expecting The Ritz in all honesty, so wasn't disappointed. The room was basic but fine, the bathroom was very clean with plenty of hot water for the shower. We found the beds a little too soft, but the linen was clean and our room was very quiet. We didn't sample the breakfast, preferring the cheaper option of one of the station outlets. The hotel is a very short walk from the main station and its excellent transport links. My main criticism would be the size of the towels and lack of tea-making facilities in the room. However, I did appreciate the vending machine for water, and the free coffee machine in Reception (much better than the Nescafe provided at the coffee point on each floor).

    If you go to vienna is too much to do and see

    The bus tour brought us to this hotel I know some of the hotels do not want to have bus tours but we would there for two nights. And this helps the hotel outward expenses. A nice breakfast and walking around the hotel was nice outside we didn't get a chance to do anything because by the time we got up early in the morning we were on the bus and we didn't get back to late at night.
