    be aware that the hotel do NOT actually have Air conditioning as adverticed.it seems to be turned off for the whole building and the staffs advice is to open a window (which also opens to the noise to the nearby highway)…bad advice..turn on the AC instead!

    Beautiful hotel with a warm, authentic atmosphere. Perfect service, very clean rooms, and excellent food. Conveniently located near the main road – highly recommended for a relaxing stay or a short stop on the way.

    Hotel Rainers – Room for Improvement

    I booked Hotel Rainers for one night, in June 2025 third week, due to its proximity to the office I had to visit. While I understand this is a business hotel and some facilities might still be in development, I was surprised by the lack of basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a vanity kit. Additionally, there was no intercom in the room, which made communication difficult. I had to walk twice to reception to request ironing and Wi-Fi support, as I couldn’t call for assistance.This is an area where the hotel could easily improve. Providing basic vanity items and in-room communication options would greatly enhance the experience for business travelers and isn't a costly upgrade.Thank you.

    Avoid during the summer

    Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff service - reception is very hands off. There is no phone in the room for you to call for help if there is a problem. Far away from city center. The trade off for lower price is the no frills staff and lack of any thing to do nearby. Probably ok if you are in town for business. Avoid during the summer if you like your room cool though - we set the thermostat at its lowest setting with the fan running all night and the room didn’t cool off- any cooling was due to the temperature drop outside. Had the AC actually worked to cool the room I would have rated higher.
