    very impolite and mean staff, during the few interactions i had with them they were impatient and used a rude tone.the rooms are fine and clean, they got all the essentials and the food is yummy.

    The only good thing about this hotel is that our group were only put there 1 night! Far from tourist attractions, rude staff, filthy room (use slippers or your feet will be black), Ethnic neighbourhood with poor food choices . Our tour operator has received a complaint from all 24 people on our tour.

    Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was superb value for money. About 10 mins on tram to get to main attractions. Neighbourhood has nothing of note in it.

    The hotel has several advantages. The connection to the city is very easy, and from the third floor the sound from the street was not unpleasant.(With the windows open)The room was clean, and the beds were truly excellent.However, during my 4-night stay, the room was cleaned only once.Room cleaning is scheduled between 3:00 and 5:00 PM, but we would return to the room for a short break between 1:30 and 3:30 PM. While we were in the room, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging on the door, but afterwards no one came back to clean the room or change the towels.The reception staff were very kind and helpful, but the ladies working at the bar had poor English skills and showed no willingness to assist.

    Hotel was very clean, modern room's furniture. Near many restaurants and shops, but it's 20 min by public transportation to the center.Very close to bus station and 5 mins from metro station.Storage baggage availableStaff was helpful..
