    A modern hotel in a great location especially for families close to prayer theme park Room was large and immaculate comfy bed tv hairdryer no kettle or fridge staff. very friendly My one disappointment I was planning on a sauna I knew there would be a charge but 22 euros is a rip off

    The room was not ready when we were supposed to check in so we waited until 4pm.The room is the most basic outside of a dorm room I’ve ever been in. No kettle, no coffee maker, two USB ports 4-feet off the wall so the cellphone is hanging.Absolutely minimalist with square boxes as bedside tables. “Bathroom amenities” are the toilet paper and pump soap on the wall.We DO NOT recommend.

    I had a very disappointing stay at Roomz Vienna Prater. I arrived with a prepaid Agoda reservation, but the hotel claimed they hadn't received the funds. They forced me to pay again at a higher rate, assuring me they would handle the situation and refund me. They even asked for my bank details to "reassure" me, but nothing was solved during my stay.When I contacted them later, they washed their hands of the situation, blaming their "provider." It’s unacceptable: if a hotel authorizes a third party to sell their rooms, they are responsible for the service. They only cared about collecting the full amount for the room.Furthermore, for a 4-star hotel, the room was lacking: the sink drain was clogged, there was no minibar, and not even a bottle of water provided. I couldn't even get a drink during the night. Avoid this place; they lack professional ethics and basic amenities.

    The atmosphere was not good, and our blanket was with blood stains. When we called the reception, we were told that the housekeeping staff was off duty. We informed the reception the next morning, but nothing was resolved. We were not happy with our stay at Hotel Roomz.

    Barren room with not even a towel rail or any toiletries apart from a handwash/shower gel/shampoo/conditioner combo.The worst was that my booking said it included breakfast (I even had a print out) but the hotel reception told me it didn't and that I'd needed to pay another €25 for it.Poor staff experience
