    When we came here it smelt like cigarettes all over the place, terrible wifi in room 302. A mask and a sock (and lots of dust under the bed) there stood a glass in the sink with ash from cigarettes, we aren’t sure the bed sheets were changed

    I had a great time at this place from arrival until the end of my stay, apartment is absolutely clean and everything works as it should. Many supermarkets very near by and train station 5 min away. My especial thank you goes to Petra Blazkova who was extremely helpful and polite during my stay, replying my emails immediately with all the information I needed, even helping me with tourist information. She is really good! Well done Royal Living, you have an amazing member of staff. I will definitely be returning and staying here again! Thank you

    kindness of staff its 5* we love being in this apartment, because it has the essentials and according to the prices in Vienna it was not expensive.we checked out at 10 am but we had nowhere to leave our bags, so the staff was very helpful and left our things until the end of the day - free of charge, in addition they were always very helpful in answering our questions by whatsapp.

    5 days in Vienna with a group of 5 people on vacations.The apartments were quite clean although the stuff wasn't as friends as expected the didn't even speak English.Also there was always hot water on and the air conditioner was working perfectly. But the only thing I was disappointed of was the time of the check out. You have to check out until 10a.m comered to all the other apartments of hotels that you check out about 12 a.m.. I would recommend you visiting those apartments but you would have to speak english

    We stayed in a 2 bed apartment. The fold out bed was a tad uncomfortable but liveable. The entire apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you needed including a dishwasher. Expect maybe some milk and tea coffee on arrival. The location is perfect with tram stop right outside 10 minutes to city and numerous supermarkets to choose from. I would stay here again.
