    Sadly I cannot agree with previous very positive reviews. Our room had no view and was quite dark and dismal. The shower unit was very small. The dining area is also very small, we had to wait to get seated which was not ideal as taxi was booked for return to airport. The hotel is very clean with good quality linen and towels. We rarely saw staff but when we did they were polite.

    Very nice hotel! So close to the city Center! It’s cute, warm with beautiful decoration! The staff was very friendly always offering for free water, coffee, tea, cookies & Champagne!!! You can go everywhere by walking!!!

    Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Saint Shermin. The check-in was very easy, the room was very comfortable and very clean with an excellent shower. The location was great, close to many of the museums and other sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really can't fault anything about my stay. Would definitely stay again next time I visit Vienna.

    our second stay here; we had a larger room and it was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The room was quiet and bathroom facilities functional. The loo would not be suitable for a larger guest however!

    Perfect location. Wonderfully clean sheets, towels. Always tea and coffee available. Excellent value for money. Generous room. Tall windows, great light. Fantastic service. In person: Monika particularly kind and helpful (thank you Monika!). Via email: Reservation, response, check-in and arrival information all so clear and straight through. Hope to return!
