Modern hotel in a great location.

We received great service from all the staff and loved the location. All items in the room minibar are free to consume and replenished daily. We enjoyed having a Jura coffee maker in the room. The only thing that we didn’t like was not having a nightlight in the toilet room. That could be easily fixed by placing a small battery operated light on the wall in that room. We also liked having a good restaurant on the premises. Perfect location with fabulous rooms

The Guesthouse Vienna delivers that perfect mix of location, style and ease. You are right in the heart of everything, yet it never feels overwhelming—just beautifully positioned. We walked to most of the restaurants we dined at and loved strolling home in the evening.The service is excellent, with a front-of-house team that is warm, sharp and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. It’s a popular spot for locals and has a great vibe throughout the day.But the real highlight? The freedom to grab a bottle of wine from your room and head downstairs to drink it at their brilliant curbside restaurant because, quite frankly, everything tastes better when you are sitting in Vienna pretending you live there.Effortless, stylish and just the right amount of fun. We were also travelling with our elderly uncle and aunt, and they loved it too. A great hotel in a fantastic location

We enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay at The Guesthouse. Our room was quiet, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We appreciated having a sofa, rather than having to sit on the bed. The complimentary mini bar was a bonus too! The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to so many of the sights, including the Opera and the Albertina, as well as the underground and hop on hop off bus stop. There are lots of excellent restaurants very close by The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didn’t see the housekeeping staff but they did a great job! Perfect Stay in the Heart of Vienna

The location is unbeatable: right next to the State Opera... We walked almost everywhere. The room felt modern but warm, with thoughtful details that made it comfortable rather than flashy. The bed was excellent, and we loved having proper space to relax after long days exploring.Service was polished but never stiff.
