    I just wanted to warn on the trustworthiness of this establishement

    I had booked two rooms at this hotel via Booking.com, but just one day before my trip, the hotel unilaterally canceled one of the rooms without explanation. I contacted them immediately, stressing that I needed both rooms at the same hotel. They assured me they would work with Booking.com to find a comparable alternative nearby.That promise turned out to be completely empty. After countless frustrating back-and-forths with both the hotel and Booking.com, I ended up being moved to a completely different hotel near the airport—nowhere near where I originally planned to stay—and at a significantly higher price (to be fair, booking.com reimbursed the price difference, but not for decline in the location).This experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of this hotel. If you value your time, plans, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to think twice before booking here.     Quaint convenient hotel

    Stayed in this hotel over the weekend. I appreciate other people have posted about issues they had. However, our stay was very good, granted we spent minimal time in the hotel but what experiences we had in the hotel were generally positive. The suite may have been slightly dated, but it was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly especially the lady in the breakfast room. Breakfast was OK, hot food wasn't overly hot. However there were other options available. All in all we enjoyed the time in the hotel and would have no problem returning to it.If you arrive into the Airport I would recommend taking the CAT train into the city, exit the train station and turn right walk about 300 metres and take Tram number 2 to the street the hotel is on.     Poor Quality and Services

    On arrival, the receptionist informed us that there’s a problem with the water pipes and she tried to degrade us to classic room category for one night or more. We arrived around eight o’clock the night with two tired children to be told that we couldn’t have our room. When we informed her that we can accept one night, but then we have to upgrade to another room type due to discomfort, all of a sudden our room type(superior junior suite) was ready to welcome us. Unfortunately, the heating was not working for 5 nights in a row and when we point out the problem, we’re told again and again that it will be repaired. Every single day they confirmed us that the heating system is fixed now. The receptionist gave us a heating machine which was unable to heat the room and also was smelling like oil, so we couldn’t open it when we were inside the room. We paid 230€/ night, just to cannot have heating in December in Vienna. Finally, we were told from the receptionist about refund. Of course, when we began discuss about the refund, they told us that they will be get in touch with us via email, after our departure because manager was out of town for holidays.     Overpriced for the level of standard of the hotel

    First of all, the hotel is beautiful and is perfect for all amenities and walking distance to many attractions and must places to visit. But yet it was still disappointing for a 4 star hotel and for the prices we paid. Here’s why..-The beds were all two single beds by each other instead of a large double bed. -We paid for a room for three people but were still given a room for two. My son slept uncomfortable between us on two splitting mattresses.- for a 4 star hotel, the breakfast was a little disappointing and poor ( they only provided pancakes in weekends, and croissants and pastries don’t exist. A very limited variety of breakfast!!)- one of the kitchen staff was very arrogant with us, not letting my son having a toast for the second time.- The hotel doesn’t provide room service or any telephone in rooms to call reception.-The hotel doesn’t have any wheelchair available for incidents that might happen.
