    You will wake up at 8am. because the housekeeping staff are kind of loud at the start of the morning. Front staff were ok, but I met friendlier and the bartenders were actually friendlier. My room was on the first floor and a good size for a single person and it was clean. A little dated but not as bad as many I've seen. The desk was very long, which I liked for working, and had two chairs. No view but that's fine because it meant quiet.The bed was probably queen size. I'm a solo traveler, but come on, only one pillow. I couldn't even prop my head up to watch TV with that one pillow. The TV was a good size for the room, picture was good quality and looks like lots of channels (incl. BBC, CNN). Quiet nights sleep.Location is pretty remote located amongst the residential buildings and the area is not quaint or charming. There are some basic shops like Spar and Billa but pretty thin after that. That said taking the U3 is an easy straight shot to St. Stephen's Church/City Center.I didn't use the steam room or sauna but did use the gym in the basement. Although the equipment was rather dated I was happy to have it and while there was no WiFi in the basement to stream my music there was a TV.No electric kettle to make instant coffee or tea and there is a refrigerator but it's fully stocked as a mini bar so your stuff won't fit. WiFi was not very strong and struggled during my work Zoom call.Bathroom was good size and had excellent counter space. The shower was quite modern, doors opened up and you stepped down slightly which was unique and pleasant.

    Great hotel with comfy rooms, a nice pool, small gym area. Pasta and Pizza is good. Everything you need. Close to convenience store. Easy access to subway allowing access to range of sight seeing attractions in the city. Very happy with our.

    Vienna Sports Hotel is a great place to stayIt is definitely ' value for money 'The staff is very helpful Amazing breakfast and meal options Excellent choice for anyone who is into golf, tennis, and swimming I would definitely recommend it!

    Great two days stay. And the hotel had everything I needed for a relaxing waiting period for my flight. Service is very friendly and the place is clean. Walked and trained in just my white socks (training shoes at home) and they hardly got any dirty after 1h. Only I missed some more leg training machines. But with the weights that are there you can do everything. Pool is also very nice. Not much chemicals in the water, my eyes easily get red by normal pools. But not here. Look forward to my next visit.

    An overpriced sporty sleeping factory

    Vienna Sporthotel is located at 0.4km distance of metro station Erdberg. Built in 2002 the hotel offers 79 rooms, a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool. Furnishings and decoration provide an outdated atmosphere. The hotel is popular with lowbudget bus-tourist groups. Service is OK.We asked for a quiet room and got a single room at floor 2, backside. Our adequately furnished room had desk & chair, TV, wardrobe, and an acceptable single-bed. We had a small bathroom with washbasin, toilet & shower. Window can be opened but don’t have mosquito screens. Good Wi-Fi. All was clean.An average buffet breakfast is served. Vienna Sporthotel is an overpriced big-city sleeping factory. Elsewhere in Vienna you have better options.
