  This is a very good hotel. I have stayed in many Hilton chain hotels and this is one of the very best. Room was immaculate, well appointed, very clean and well sized.   Know what to expect!

  Ridiculous experience!- In the middle of summer, I arrived to find no complimentary bottle of water in the room and no slippers. I had to ask for slippers at reception. The hydration point downstairs sometimes is lacked paper cups, other times water.- During a heat wave with temperatures reaching 39°C, the air conditioning barely worked. As soon as I checked in, the room on the 5th floor was uncomfortably hot. I set the AC to 18°C on maximum and left for three hours, but when I returned, the temperature hadn't changed.Reception told me a technician would check it the next day. He did, but nothing was fixed. Later I was told another technician would also have a look.There were no available rooms to move to. On the second day, I was given a fan, which made no difference. The room was still 27–28°C or more in the evening!On the third day, another receptionist admitted this was a known issue and nothing could be done. To make matters worse, I was asked to return the fan because it belonged to an employee, and it was replaced with a smaller standard fan.This is a 4-star Hilton hotel!- The hotel proudly displays an award for having the "best breakfast," but on weekdays the selection was no better than what you'd expect from an average hotel, certainly not an award-winning 4-star Hilton. Interestingly, on Saturday and Sunday the breakfast area doubled in size with many more options, making it clear that the selection depends on how many guests are staying at the hotel.For everything above I wasn't offered any compensation, room upgrade or at least apologies. Slippers are not part of the standard in-room amenities at Hilton Garden Inn hotels; however, our team is always happy to provide them upon request, subject to availability. Regarding breakfast, we offer an enhanced selection on Saturdays and Sundays as part of our extended weekend breakfast concept. Nevertheless, we regret that our breakfast offering did not meet your expectations.We also apologize that the hydration station was not consistently stocked with water and cups throughout your stay. This does not reflect the standard we strive to provide, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams to help us improve both our service and operational procedures.Providing every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable stay is our highest priority, and we regret that we fell short of the standards we strive to provide.   This was one of the better hotels that we stayed in in this part of Austria. The hotel is a short walk from the center of Wiener Neustadt and has plenty of parking. The rooms are good quality and comfortable. Breakfast was decent quality too.
