    Affordable, Clean, and Perfectly Located Stay in the Heart of Baku

    We stayed here really enjoyed it. The weather in Baku was amazing which made the trip even better. The hotel is simple but very clean and comfortable. Our room was tidy, bed was fine, and everything worked well.The best part is the location. Right inside the Old City, so you can just walk out and see all the sights, cafes and the boulevard. For the price, it’s really good value compared to other hotels around.Staff were polite and helped us with directions when we needed. Nothing fancy, but for us it was exactly what we wanted — an affordable, clean and nice hotel in Baku.Would stay again.     We stayed at the Atropat Hotel in Baku from 04/06 to 13/06 with my wife.We are very happy to share our comments below for you, our traveler friends.1. Since it is located right in the heart of the Old City, which is the heart of Baku, it is very close to every museum, restaurant, castle and sightseeing.2. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very suitable for sleeping. Ergonomic.3. The room furnishings are made of extremely valuable furniture.4. The floors are carpeted wall to wall, which requires more frequent vacuum cleaning. We told the cleaning lady and she did what was necessary.5. Our towels were changed every day, our bed sheets every 3 days.6. We were supplemented with fresh water bottles every day. The refrigerator was cooling very well.7. There are at least 25 different types of food for breakfast. The cheeses are great. Egg varieties and vegetable, zucchini and bean varieties were very delicious. The pastry varieties should be served hotter. Because it is made early, it starts to cool down after 9:00 and is not tasty. The tea served was excellent Azerbaijani tea and it tasted great. There is both instant coffee and filter coffee. Both tandoori bread and normal bread varieties were also appetite stimulants. As a result, we started the day with all the necessary energy and happiness with Atropat before our morning tour program. 8. Every official working at the reception was very knowledgeable and helpful about the city. Our hotel check-in procedures were completed in just half a minute. The people at the reception spoke Azerbaijani, English, Turkish and Russian, which made us very happy. 9. The elevator worked without any problems. 10. The hotel manager was on top of every task and had very sincere conversations with us. He informed us. He made very useful suggestions. While we were sitting in his office drinking tea, he took care of us like a tourism ambassador who would introduce Azerbaijan much better. 11. We recommend that all travelers who come to Azerbaijan for both sightseeing and business reasons do not look for a hotel other than Atropat.
