I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was very well organized, and the management and staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive.The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The overall service and atmosphere made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.Special thanks to Atlay for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. He truly made a difference during my stay.Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding service and a truly pleasant stay.The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, while the reception team was exceptionally efficient and professional.The porters were also incredibly helpful and quick to assist with luggage.It is clear that this hotel is part of a well-established international chain, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.Having stayed at the same chain in different countries,I can confidently say that this was the best service experience I have had so far.

We had a wonderful stay in Baku and dined several times at the Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard. We would like to express our special gratitude to the chefs - Chef Fuad, Chef Mirpasha, and Chef Elon. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with such care and professionalism. You can truly feel their passion for cooking. We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel from check-in to check-out.Upon arrival, we were repeatedly given conflicting information by different reception staff regarding our reservation. We had booked connected rooms, but were first told we only had a standard room, then different room types, and later were told something entirely different again. None of the explanations matched our actual booking.Eventually, we were placed with a tour group we were not part of and given rooms assigned to that group, despite having paid for a different reservation. When we explained this, our concerns were ignored, and we were told we “had to stay” in those rooms because we were supposedly part of the group, which was incorrect.We also noticed that room assignments appeared to be organized by nationality or country groups, with guests from the same countries placed on the same floors. This felt inappropriate and uncomfortable, as room allocation should be based on reservation type rather than nationality.We were also deeply concerned that our passports were handed over to a tour guide without our consent or explanation.Later, after we had been moved to upgraded rooms we paid extra for, there was further confusion about our reservation status. On one occasion, a staff member entered our room using a key card without proper permission while we were inside and demanded additional payment, even though the front desk had previously confirmed our booking was valid until the end of our stay. This was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable.Cleanliness was also an issue. Several rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible stains on towels, unclean carpets, leftover items from previous guests, and hair found on bedding. Toiletries were shared and refillable in a way that felt unhygienic.On a more positive note, breakfast was acceptable though limited, room service staff were polite and helpful, and some bellboys were kind and professional.Overall, the experience was very disorganized, uncomfortable, and did not meet expected hospitality standards. We would not recommend this hotel based on our stay.
