    The hotel is a beautiful building with tasteful interiors. The location is perfect, less than a minutes walk to Nizami street and even lesser for departmental stores and coffee shops. The atmosphere and vibe is cozy and warm. The superior room was low key regal and comfortable. The booking cost is great value for the service available. Large, clean and airy rooms with blind curtains and sound proof doors and windows looking on to the city’s beauty. World class amenities for great value. Rahil the manager was the absolute best with his friendly and warm approach and problem solving ideas. Overall if i am in Baku i will choose this hotel without a doubt.

    The hotel is a 15 minutes walk from 28 May metro station (the bus stop for the Airport Express bus H1) and a 10 minutes walk from Sahil metro station or Baku Promenade. There is a 24 hour supermarket within 5 minute walking (just 3 streets to the north). The Heydar Aliyev Palace, Opera theatre, State theatre, national library are also all within 5 minutes walking.Despite the downtown location the hotel is on a quiet street. If reaching at night, be careful of the dark, narrow and uneven pavement. The hotel lobby is a welcoming place with sofas, a table full of small international flags, and antiques in an underground chamber covered by a glass panel. My room is small but is clean, quiet and comfortable. The room is equipped with mini-fridge, small kettle, and basic toiletries. There is free wifi but the wifi was quite weak in my room. (I had to stand near the door to get more stable wifi.) Overall, the hotel is good value due to its downtown location and affordable rate.

    Good hotel near to all main spots and many cafes and joints around. 2 min away from nizami street. Hotel staff is also nice and polite. Rooms.are clean and with all necessary amenities as required. Small closet & drawer tables both are given.

    The Boutique hotel Baku is very close to the bustling Nizami street while being situated in a quiet lane, so that you are away from the noise yet close to the city centre.The master suite was spacious for the three of us and all the amenities were provided.The elevator was a welcome relief compared to a lot of other hotels in Baku.The breakfast buffet was excellentThe staff were efficient and did a great job.Highly recommend this hotelThe extra bed in the room needs to be of better quality. Hope the management works on this suggestion

    Spacious & comfortable rooms. Strong wifi. Bathroom has nice heated floors & retro copper fittings. Location is excellent with nizami street at walking distance. Delicious breakfast buffet with nice view. Highly recommended at great price.
