Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Our New Year’s stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. We booked 19 rooms, expecting a great experience, but instead faced poor service, security issues, and even theft. Money went missing from our rooms, and staff repeatedly entered without knocking. Management has been completely unresponsive to our complaints. This hotel is untrustworthy—stay elsewhere!

Baku in Central Park hotel

The condition of the hotel is a bit on a cheap side. Sheets had holes. Toilet paper was missing in the restaurant and lobby bathroom In Baku generally toilet paper is hard to find in toilets unless you eating in fancy restaurants. The chef was outstanding and treated us as vip guests. On our last day he prepared breakfast just for us and serve as gourmet dish. Thank you Yuma for your amazing and warm service to us.

Fantastic Stay: Helpful Staff and Prime Location!
16 Apr 2024
We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect – centrally situated, allowing us to explore the city on foot with ease. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast experience, thanks to the talented executive chef, Yuri. His culinary skills truly elevated our mornings, and his personalized touch made each breakfast a memorable one. We looked forward to starting our day with his delicious creations, which set a positive tone for the rest of our adventures.Overall, our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of its prime location, cleanliness, and the exceptional service provided by Chef Yuri made our stay truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!
