    We stayed for 2 nights in an attractive room with Oriental rugs, slightly Victorian decoration and 2 bathrooms. The location is by numerous excellent cafes and a variety of restaurants and only a few minutes walk to Fountains Square and Old Town. The staff is superb, always helpful in anything asked of them.

    I stayed in this hotel last year, and itvwas one of the very nice hotels that I saw in Baku, let me begin with the staff; smily, friendly, easy going, smooth, very warm. Then let's go to the rooms; the rooms are actually big specially thoses which are in the upper floors, cleaning everyday, tied, aircondition, TV, nice private WC..etc. . The location is just perfect, for a side you have 1 nimute walk to Tarqove the main touristic walkside place;restaurents, shops etc, and from the otherside about 3 minute walk you can go to the main street and govto the city centrr, as well through Tarqove you can reach the Caspean sea shore. Full amazing delicious Breakfast more than 15 dish. And they can exchange for you better than the exchange office.When we talk about hotels in Azerbaijan, your expectations should be a little humble, so when I see such a hotel there, I really like it, and according to the price, it is the best choice.Hope you enjoy staying thereYours, Yahya_Blanka

    We had a great time in this hotel enjoying the wonderful city specially the old cityThe staff all are good but Nargiz especially was so helpful and kind Clean comfort and good place to spend the vacation in Baku

    The room was clean, modern, nice, very close to everything, would definitely coming back here when returning to Baku.Staff was friendly, and I was very delighted to stay with them, I felt really at home there.They also arranged a cab for me when I left Baku and it turned out to be very cheap, a rate I would never have gotten.Also, they exchanged all my money during this trip, which was also very convenient.

    We were originally booked at another hotel, but once that fell through, we went to our second choice which was here.We hadn't booked this hotel already because in the photos it seemed it lacks a lobby and also we didn't believe the high reviews and thought maybe they are falsely jacked up. We were delightfully mistaken.This hotel was perfect! Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful reception staff (who constantly helped us with sightseeing and shopping locations and with bus routes and also called taxis for us), excellent breakfast (if a bit limited in range, but we didn't mind), FANTASTIC location (five minutes walking distance from fountain square, the old city, McDonald's and KFC and Hard Rock Cafe, etc), and last but not least, the prices were fair and reasonable. What more could you ask for?My wife and I would like to particularly thank everyone in the cleaning staff, and from reception we would like to sincerely thank Guluzar, Nargiz, Robert, and Farid, all of whose willingness to help and politeness and kindred spirits made our trip to Baku a very memorable one.Sincerely from Iran,Maral & Ali
