    The medium hotel located in the central place of Baku. Nice and good place. Stuff are very kind, all the time trying to help to the guests. Even the director of hotel are interesting of the life of guests in their hotel. Perfectly recommended.

    had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet.     Best descion to stay in diamond hotel.best house keeping and cleaning services.bathrooms were neat and clean .very friendly n very helping and dedicated staff members.     I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Baku, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few pros and cons. Location The location is a bit far from the city center. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Nizami Street via taxi, where all the action happens. If you’re only staying in Baku for a couple of days, I’d recommend booking a hotel closer to Nizami Street or Fountain Square for convenience. However, if you’re okay with public transportation, this place is fine. There’s a bus stop right outside, so getting around like a local is easy. Behind the hotel, there are several restaurants and even a small supermarket. We tried a local cafeteria nearby, and the homecooked food was delicious! Cleanliness and Room Condition The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping tidying up and making the beds daily. The beds were comfortable, which was a big plus. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors, even though all the rooms on our floor were supposed to be non-smoking. AmenitiesThe Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the hotel, including in the room, lobby, and the restaurant where we had breakfast. Speaking of breakfast—it was okay, but nothing special. The menu didn’t change much, so I’d skip adding breakfast to your booking if you’re staying for more than a couple of days. Service and StaffThe staff were the highlight of my stay and deserve all the praise! They spoke English and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Ali, who worked during breakfast, was incredibly attentive and even brought me tea with lemon when he noticed I was sick. Orkhan from Concierge and Zaur at the Front Desk were amazing. They helped me recover my tripod, which I accidentally left in a van. I couldn’t speak because I was unwell, but they handled everything, contacted the driver, and ensured I got it back. Orkhan even helped with my luggage and brought me tea. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff were unforgettable. Value for Money For the price, it was fine, but I think you can find cheaper hotels closer to the city center that offer a similar experience. If location isn’t a big issue for you, it’s a decent choice.
