    A perfect stay at the Hilton Baku. From the warm greeting at check in to the warm goodbye at check out, everything was terrific. The room was beautiful and quiet, wi-fi was fast and stable, the fitness center was great, breakfast was delicious, and the executive lounge was comfortable and well stocked.     Excellent Hospitality, Mixed Half‑Board Experience

    I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel in Baku. The staff members — Sahil, Fidan, Wlanaz, and Ramiz — were exceptionally helpful and attentive. They assisted us kindly with every question and request, always showing professionalism and a warm attitude. Their service truly made our stay more enjoyable.The restaurant staff also deserves special mention. The waiters were excellent — attentive, friendly, and constantly checking if we needed anything. Their warm service added a lot to the overall experience.Regarding the half‑board meals, breakfast was outstanding: rich, varied, and of very high quality. However, dinner was less satisfying. Instead of an open buffet, the hotel offers a limited fixed menu with only a few options — around five starters, five main courses, and five desserts — which left us with fewer choices than expected.The portion sizes were also relatively small. For example, the steak dish was about 120–150 grams with only two tablespoons of mashed potatoes. Anyone who expects to finish dinner feeling full should take this into consideration, as you may need to go out and eat elsewhere afterward.
