Outstanding Hotel with Amazing Staff
13 Sept 2026
This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in over the last few years. The staff is so professional and helpful. The breakfast room view and food were outstanding. They have a fantastic indoor pool and gym. There are lots of unique restaurants in the neighborhood and you are across from two gorgeous new shopping malls. I highly recommend this hotel and neighborhood. Holiday Inn Baku, Owner at Holiday Inn Baku By IHG, responded to this review Thank you so much for your review of our hotel. 3 Nights Baku

The hospitality at Holiday Inn was impeccable. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The amenities could use some improvements and more attention to those provided in the rooms. Overall I’ll rate the hotel a good 8.5/10. Holiday Inn Baku, Owner at Holiday Inn Baku By IHG, responded to this review Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Fabulous stay at Holiday Inn, Baku
15 Aug 2026
Well situated, fabulous facilities, and efficient friendly kind staff. My son is cycling to Australia (Samgeracitano) so my daughter & I went to spend 4 days with him. The staff kindly let us keep his bike in their store room and gave us wonderful connecting room overlooking the sea and the iconic Baku skyline. The extensive breakfasts were fresh, varied and SO plentiful!! The chef would make us any eggs we wanted. The pool area is lovely & provides a relaxing atmosphere away from the vibrant surroundings of Baku.Baku is an amazing place with wonderful people and delicious food! Visit the fire mountain & mud volcanoes!! So cool!! Holiday Inn Baku, Owner at Holiday Inn Baku By IHG, responded to this review Thank you so much for your review of our hotel.
