    The combination of the hotel's location in the city center, a warm welcome, courteous, efficient, fast service, and a very friendly and inviting attitude, and the atmosphere in the very clean, beautiful, and quiet city, provided a very enjoyable stay and made me want to return for another vacation. Other tourists from different countries, with whom I spoke, also expressed the same impression.     Very Clean Hotel with Excellent Service

    Overall, it was a very good experience staying at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional and helpful throughout our stay.The location is slightly farther from the city center, about 5 to 10 minutes by car, so it’s not very convenient to walk to central areas. However, transportation by car is easy and quick.I stayed here with my family, and all of us were very satisfied with the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place for a clean and comfortable stay with great service.     Extremely Disappointing Experience with Early Breakfast Take‑Away Service

    I stayed at Ibis Baku City and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the early breakfast take‑away service. I requested this service for February 28th, 2026, as I had a flight at 4:00 AM. Since my checkout was scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM, using the early breakfast option was the only reasonable solution.The staff member on duty at the breakfast area initially told me the service would cost extra, but after checking with reception, he confirmed that everything was fine and that I could pick up my take‑away breakfast at around 1:30 AM. He also assured me that the hotel would arrange a wake‑up call at 1:00 AM so I could collect the package before heading to the airport.However, when I went downstairs between 1:00 and 1:30 AM, while there was no wakeup call, the employee at the bar told me there was no breakfast package prepared for me at all. When he checked the paper in front of him, the time written was 1:00 PM, which makes absolutely no sense for a take‑away breakfast, especially on the day of checkout when guests must leave by 12:00 PM. I went to reception together with the staff member, but the answer was the same: “We are sorry, there is nothing we can do.” Everyone kept repeating that they were sorry, but no one actually tried to solve the problem. I even asked if they could at least prepare a simple sandwich, and the answer was a firm NO.This experience shows a serious lack of training, coordination, and customer care. The employees seemed powerless, uninformed about the services their own hotel offers, and completely uninterested in helping a guest in a very simple and predictable situation.I have stayed in many Ibis hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have encountered such poor service. If the hotel advertises an early breakfast take‑away option, the staff should at least understand how it works and make sure it is delivered correctly.A very disappointing experience, and definitely not what I expect from the Ibis brand. The wake-up call and the take-away breakfast should have been properly confirmed and prepared in advance, especially given your early flight and checkout schedule.Please be assured that I have already shared your feedback with our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to investigate how this error occurred. The note showing 1:00 PM instead of 1:00 AM is unacceptable for an early departure request, and we will be reinforcing staff training to ensure all early breakfast requests are clearly logged, confirmed, and executed correctly in the future.I also deeply regret that our team members were not more proactive in finding an immediate solution for you that night. Even when mistakes happen, we should always try to offer alternatives to support our guests’ comfort.     Good 3 Star hotel close to City center, breakfast is ok and hotel staff friendly and helpful.
