.. We arrived as a family of three in this hotel. It was a very special experience. At the entrance there is a person who helps with the luggage. Fast reception in the morning. The rooms at the reception are good. We took a three-room premium room. The room was huge, very well-equipped, new, very well-maintained. Comfortable shower. Lots of comfortable things that allow for a pleasant vacation. The location is great. Close to everything. Supermarkets. Entertainment. Clubs. Promenade. The most common entertainment street in Baku. Wonderful room service. They bring water every moment. They ask to clean the rooms. They take care of every detail. We received a gift of dried fruit for the room. It really feels like a place run very professionally. I will come back to you a lot. The most important thing is that the food is very high-quality. Very well-equipped. A large selection of cheeses. Cooked foods. Pastries. One of the best hotels in terms of food I have had. The reviews that appear on Google are wrong about the food. The best food I ate in Baku was at breakfast at this hotel. It is so delicious, fresh, and the service in the dining room is the best there is. It is recommended to come and eat there and have a drink at the hotel. Many thanks. Thank you very much. The location of the hotel is superb, close to old town and the famous Nizami street. Many eateries and cafes nearby. Room are clean but the bathroom cleaning is disaster. Found long hair in bathroom and reported to hotel management. Club Lounge is a good place to relax only but food selection is very very limited and cheap. I can buy toast bread and cheese from supermarket and make better sandwiches and eat in my hotel room and enjoy. Noise from the street cars and planes is a pain even during the night. Breakfast is great and many choices and selections of fresh seasonal fruits are really good. SPA is also good but prices are high as I was told by friends stayed in other hotels. I had very high expectations for this hotel; however, it did not live up to them.We checked in during the evening, and the process was smooth. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our room as it had an unpleasant sewage smell. We reported this to the front desk that evening, but the staff member was not particularly helpful.The following morning, we raised the issue with the GM, who was courteous and offered us complimentary access to the club lounge as compensation. While we appreciated the gesture, we did not make much use of the lounge and would have preferred if we were moved to another room instead.The breakfast selection could also have been better.Overall, the staff were not very friendly. In my opinion, the hotel could benefit from a more diverse team to enhance the guest experience.
