Very nice hotel- reception staff could be more helpful

Stayed here 3 nights with a tour group,And would have given it 5 stars except for attitude and misinformation from reception staff at check in. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning and mini refrigerator worked very well, large bathroom with rain shower (no wash cloths), and good buffet breakfast. Breakfast staff, especially the hostess and“Sam” were so kind and went out of their way to make me and others in my group feel very special. For convenience there is also a big supermarket less than 100 yards from the hotel (out the front door and turn left and it is on the same side of the street as the hotel).

I stayed here for a few days at the start of my journey through Azerbaijan and then again at the end. What I came to appreciate about this hotel is the conditioner (plus shampoo, plus lotion) in the shower + the fabulous AC + spacious room. The chef is excellent and breakfasts + one dinner were delicious. Ding for a proclivity toward sweet wines; I like mine dry. I appreciated the spa downstairs (no pool and also no frills) where I could get one hour massages. This hotel is next to a 24/7 supermarket and walkable to the Caspian Sea.

The hotel has very friendly staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping.The breakfast buffet has multiple options.The rooms are clean, but need better curtains to block the outside lights, the bathroom needs more light and the WiFi is terrible.Location is about 25 minutes walk to Old Baku on sidewalks in very bad conditions going downhill.

An amazing experience. We loved everything!I highly recommend this hotel after a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and very central, with a supermarket just a short 3/5 minute walk away. The rooms were big, bright, and perfectly clean. What truly stood out was the service, the staff is so attentive and helpful, especially Samir!, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The dining room was also a highlight, featuring a huge variety of tasty options and a very warm, welcoming team. Note about the Spa and Pool:Please note that the hotel does not have a swimming pool. Also, the jacuzzi and sauna are shared for both men and women together, which might feel uncomfortable if you prefer more privacy. Personally, I felt less comfortable using these facilities because of this.Overall, it was a great vacation, and the excellent service and rooms made up for it!

Nice clean hotel awesome staff friendly helping proactive. Nice breakfast buffet included. Have big gym and spa definitely recommend to live i have been to other hotel this is the best one to stay
