The hotel was very good & close to the F1 track (just a few blocks).The room was spacious & the shower pressure good & very clean.The staff were kind & helpful.There is even a good little area on 2nd floor for a quiet cup of tea or whiskey in evening while you plan your day trip.They even organised transport back to airport which can be cheaper than organising yourself. Ok hotel considering the circumstance, but could improve easily - if willing

The Premium Park Hotel was an ideal solution to stay away from the mess of the F1 grand prix while staying close to downtown.The room booked was spacious, albeit a bit "cold" austere atmosphere... easy fix, add a few warm lights and some decorations around the suite. The rest of the hotel is also a bit "cold-professional." Perhaps it was intended to be so.Compared to hotels downtown, close to the F1 circus, the value is appropriate. Although I cannot readily tell as this was my first time in Baku. Note that the stay included gym and several other amenities, as well as breakfast.The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean, but some of the surfaces such as nightstands, coffe table and desk were NOT wiped down from prior occupants - judging from smudges and stains. So... not sufficiently clean.The hotel overall seemed a bit dated. Its age revealed also in the traffic noise that filtered through the aging (not longer sealing adequately) windows.Personnel at the reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The breakfast adequate and varied, but unremarkable for an international level hotel.All of the above could be improved easily to bring Premium Park Hotel to excellent level. The reception staff made us feel welcome immediately. It was my birthday during the stay & they kindly delivered a cake and green tea to my room. The room was modern and large. It had a great mix of options for breakfast. The gym and sauna were included in our stay and were well kept facilities. A complete disappointment: unprofessional and non-transparent hotel management.Apart from the location, there was absolutely nothing satisfying about my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was poor and the maintenance was clearly neglected. Food trays left by guests were left in the corridors for hours — a serious hygiene issue and a reflection of poor management standards.But the real scandal happened when a friend of mine came to visit me for a very short time (no more than 30 minutes), and the reception demanded an additional fee for their visit. This rule was never mentioned during check-in. When I questioned it, the receptionist rudely insisted it was part of the “general hotel policy.” Worse still, they claimed I had signed a form agreeing to these rules — a form I never signed.I showed them the official check-in form and the written hotel policies provided in two languages, and there was no mention of such a rule anywhere. Even more absurdly, during my previous stays at this very hotel, similar short visits by friends were never a problem and no fee was ever requested. In other words, they apply so-called “rules” arbitrarily and selectively.When I spoke to the reception manager, instead of acknowledging the problem, they made it sound like they were doing me a favor by “possibly not charging me this time.” This attitude made it very clear that the hotel lacks professionalism, consistency, and any sense of hospitality.Such behavior does not reflect the warmth and hospitality Azerbaijan and Baku are known for. If you value transparency, fairness, and respect as a guest — stay away from this hotel. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

Cannot begin with how bad this hotel and staff is .it's a scam point The tour agent we booked Sadeeq ( sadi ) - has his office here and he is the biggest scammer.The room we selected was not given.watver you see in pics on website don't belive ..The rooms are small.like a hole , no.ac working, it was super hot we slept witb window open and got mosquitoes in roomNo facilities, no kettle no safe no toiletries was there Breakfast is finished at 9 am no coffee available fro refill , staff is rude No room service we called up to clean the room. They don't come on their own Special mention for Sadi - he rips you off for money , charging more than double for tours and hotels. Takes payment only in cash .When we offered to pay by card he started shouting and is very impolite .All the driver he provided takes us to only those places which has his commission.
