The restaurant is horrible, no vegetarian options, even with repeated request in evening no vegetarian options for breakfast in morning no hospitality, no helping attitude my rating will be zero

My stay at Qafqaz Baku City Hotel & Residences was extremely disappointing.The carpets were old, dirty, and clearly not well maintained. The towels had a rotten smell, which was unacceptable for any hotel.The worst part was my children’s room. It had such a strong, unpleasant odor that it triggered an asthma attack for my son. This was a serious health concern and completely ruined our stay.To make matters worse, the staff had a poor attitude and showed little concern when these issues were raised.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children or anyone with respiratory conditions.Never again.

Good choice in Baku

We stayed twice for two nights. The rooms are huge. The room and bathroom are equiped with all amenities. The SPA on the 16th floor includes massage, sauna and hamam. (Massage to be ordered upfront). There is large variety at breakfast. Good service. The only downside was poor condition of the carpets in the room (dirty).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Qafqaz City Hotel in Baku as part of a group of 70 people, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Mr. Kamal, the Service Manager.During my stay, I faced an issue with my room late at night. Despite the timing, Mr. Kamal service manger handled the situation with great professionalism and care. Very average hotel, not in main city centre

Although it is touted as a 4star hotel, Qafqaz Baku City hotel doesn't live up to this category. Main point being the cleanliness of the room, wherein the carpets had stains on them. The breakfast was average though the kitchen staff tried hard to provide good dishes. The location of this hotel is away from the Main 28 May Street, about half an hour away, but accessible by taxi. Service is a little sluggish too.
