    Sir We have booked 5 rooms but there was no bell boy present for our luggage i hve to do arguments with them and we have to put our bags for 5 rooms aprox 16 bags over self that was very dissatisfied also when we rimg for any room service no room service was available bath room was leaking always water on floor breakfast was absolutely not satisfied no omlets was served i am very unsatisfied for the stay i will never recommend to any body and also i told my booking agent from i dia not to book ramada

    Good to stay with family. Nice view from the rooms.Breakfast was also good. Good Indoor Pool & fitness center.Overall good experience.

    My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Baku was truly disappointing. This hotel falls far below what you’d expect from an international brand.The rooms were horrible outdated furniture that looks like it hasn’t changed in 10+ years, depressing interior, and to top it all off, I found old moldy gum stuck on the bed (photo attached). That’s completely unacceptable. The room felt neglected and not properly cleaned.The room key cards looked used and scratched, and mine didn’t even work. I had to call staff to open my door, and when I asked for a second key, they refused. Basic guest needs were handled poorly.The lifeguards were lying down on the beach beds instead of actually watching the swimmers no sense of responsibility or professionalism.The outdoor pool was large, but the water looked cloudy and foggy, so I didn’t feel safe swimming in it. However, the indoor pool was good, cleaner than the outdoor pool.The staff barely spoke English, which made communication very difficult for international guests. For a hotel claiming to serve travelers from around the world, this is a major flaw.Breakfast was another letdown the food was cold, and there were almost no familiar options for tourists. No pancakes, waffles, or hash browns. Nothing you’d typically expect in a decent hotel breakfast buffet. Room service was ok, some good options.Even the shampoo was tiny, barely enough for one shower, and low quality. Moreover, when i requested for towels, they asked me to go down and get them.Overall, this hotel is far below standard from hygiene to service to food. It needs serious improvement before it can be considered acceptable, let alone recommended. Definitely not worth the money.

    Staff are the stars.. hotel it self needs maintenance. Not for family too loud music till night. Not enough food options around.Breakfast ... skip.it !!! Dont need to try even.
