    Worn out property.No one answered the calls at the reception at 11 pm .. only a single person at reception when i went there personally for AC complaint. Yet, no tech attended the issue till checkout. Room cleaned only once during our 3 nights stay. Housekeeping entered and switched on the do not disturb sign for deception. All shampoo and shower gel bottles empty in the shower cabinet. Broken fixtures, worn out towels, holes in carpet… the list goes on and on.Morning buffet breakfast : they ran out of pancakes at 8 am !

    We reached the hotel at about 1 am and there was just 1 person at the reception. We had to take our luggage to the room ourselves. I thought maybe be it is late at night so they must be having limited staff but when we checked out next day at 11 am then again we were told they don’t have bell desk service and had to bring out luggage ourselves.Breakfast was very average . Almost half the items were cold. Not a single pleasant staff member. The ladies at the live egg station were serving as if they were serving food in charity.Please avoid

    Hotel is quite old and lack of maintenance. Shower is quite worn out and water cannot flow smoothly. Hot water available but not stable. Toilet seat is broken. Air conditioning is not available unless the temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius. But heat is turn on automatically making the room unbearably hot.

    This was a very bad stay from the day we arrived. On day 1 We were given a room that did not have a half of the curtains and people could see inside. The room was not cleaned and the worst part about it was the status of the bathroom which was full of mould. Horrible and completely unacceptable!! We were shown 3 other rooms and they all had the same issue. All the kettles in all these rooms were bad inside and I mean whoever uses those kettles which are not descaled is a hazard to your health be careful!! The bed sheets were never changed we noticed on the second day a blood stain and that was even after the Housekeeper was in the room to clean. They didn’t clean anything they folded the duvet and left, all the dirty plates, half bottled used water, and everything else we left in the room was untouched. I mean I just need to warn you if you stay here don’t expect 5 star this is a 2 star hotel and the staff are completely unaware how to deal with guests. Shocking! They don’t know hospitality at all especially. There was no sign of management anywhere, the hotel is in serious need of change from management to refurbishment. Stay away there’s much better hotels to visit in Baku, infact the 3 and 4 stars are much better than this. It’s a shame because Wyndham is a well known brand. There goes your reputation!!!
