The hotel is located some 6 km from the Cruise Ship Harbour, in the beautiful resort of Bahamia. As soon as current renovations are completed, the hotel will be within walking distance of restaurants, nightclubs, pubs, a casino etc. It is approximately 6 km to Grand Bahama International Airport (FPO).
In addition to 9 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex, made up of a 3-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building.
