    Stellar Experience at Bahamar

    From the rooms to restaurants, the pools to beach to water park, the bars to casino floor, I had the most amazing vacation experience! Bahamar provides friendly, courteous, and stellar customer service in all areas: casino, pools, beaches, restaurants, housekeeping, valet, bell, etc. I was treated as part of the family by all employees. If you want to be pampered while having fun, this is your destination.

    We went to the Drift Bar & Grill and received top tier service and care! Kenneil was our server and he was great! He took our food orders with care and made the best Daiquiris we had the whole weekend! He really went above and beyond to make a lasting impression on our visit. We told him that we would be back the next day but he let us know that it would be his day off so he introduced us to Stony who would be working and could provide great service as well. I ordered a Jerk Quesadilla and it was delicious! Kenneil & the staff at Drift had great personality and presence. Grand Hyatt is a nice hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. We stayed on the 17th floor with a great ocean view. The hotel is really nice and very clean. Absolutely would stay at the resort again. Also would like to give a thanks to Oliver and MJay at The Swimming Pig for giving great service for the late might menu and Kenton at Stix for accommodating us and making sure our meal was great.     Terrible “Luxury” resort

    This has been one of worst “luxury” experiences we have ever had. The room is absolutely disgusting. There is mold in the showers, broken furniture/mattress and stains everywhere. See attached pictures. There was also mold on the shampoo bottle spout and dispenser, again see pictures. Dirty coffee cups and glasses with layers of dust on everything There has only been two staff member who even remotely act like they want to be here. Every other encounter has been extremely rude and they act like we, the guest, are bothering them.     Too overpriced for the quality. Not getting your money’s worth.

    Way too over priced for the quality. You will pay minimum $20-25 for a drink , the meals are no less than $30-40 a plate and the food is meh. Also the service is awful and I truly feel they hate tourists. Which I understand because majority of the clientele look very, hmmm how can I say this, they would not be very welcoming to diversity if you get what I mean. TLDR:It’s basically an over crowded, over priced Jersey Shore in another country. The upside is the ocean water is actually blue.
