Facility

The complex has a lift and features 392 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine, an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer is also provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The resort offers outdoor sports, including tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, golf and fishing. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling, diving and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, table tennis and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    vacation experience was great my family is looking forward to returning , there were many things we didn't have time to do. on a negative note staff should have done a better job of explaining the internet service I was changed a daily rate even though I never asked for or used the service

    Property is very nice, clean and safe. Awesome pool and convenient shuttle to Atlantis. Staff in reception office and bell hops were great. Our concierge Georgette was super helpful. Pool/ restaurant employee's weren’t as friendly or helpful as I would expect. Would go back.

    Clean Modern spacious units enhanced by exceptional staff

    Wonderful experience, the units are spacious and clean and have all the comforts of home. The grounds and the pool area are immaculately clean and well maintained. Close to everything but far enough away to have a genuinely relaxing time. This further enhanced by the amazing staff and management. Nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff at the front desk. We always feel like valued important guests. Everyone has real personality which is quite refreshing, the bellmen, Chelson, Vandaro, Delano and Kidan, front of house, Marva, Blanche, Kim, Shawn, Marcia management, Shan and Chevaz, and Devon in maintenance and Georgette in Housekeeping. We thank you all for enhancing our stay and apologies for any names missed off.

    Harborside resort is a great place to stay on Paradise Island. It offers all of the Aquaventure amenities at the Atlantis with the comforts of home. The cleanliness of the rooms and property as well as the beautiful views of the harbor make this resort our go to destination! !

    Very nice place and we have visited many times. Very courteous staff. Clean place. Nicely maintained. Grocery store in walking distance. Nice restaurants to choose from.
