  The location was close to downtown, walking distance from Fish Fry. I like the vibe, they have happy hour with music every night. I loved the shared suite. They have daily cleaning services. I loved the Oasis deck, nice space for relaxing and smoking.

  We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas in a standard double-bed room. Check-in was extremely slow and took over two hours. When we finally entered the room, we were shocked by how poorly it was equipped—there was no trash can, no clothes hangers, no towels or towel bar, no shampoo, no hair dryer, no cups, no fridge, no microwave, and not even a chair. The TV was broken, and the monitor did not have batteries. The internet was unreliable, and the room smelled strongly of fresh paint with heavy VOCs.The shower was very difficult to operate, and even with the hot water turned all the way up, the water remained cold. Late at night, cars repeatedly drove by playing loud music, making it hard to sleep.We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was sold out. A front desk staff member promised a room change for our last night, but when that day arrived, another staff member denied any such arrangement, saying all rooms were full. It was clear there was poor communication between front desk staff, and after spending hours trying to resolve the issue, we were forced to stay in the same room.The only bright spots were the breakfast staff and the security guard, who were helpful and professional. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had, especially during a holiday stay. We would not recommend this property.

  From the outside it all looks lovely but the room we had did not match the description and was tired and not as clean as it should have been. We had a good stay and the staff are lovely but felt a bit disappointed. Limited toiletries (not as listed) no drawer or shelf space so lived out of our suitcases, room had a huge wardrobe but only 4 hangers, kitchenette was a fridge, microwave and kettle (not as described) even had to ask for cups to make tea, where were the promised utensils etc!! 2 small towels and a bath mat but shower leaked so that got soaked and only one hook to hand towels to dry, again not practical. Overlooked a nice courtyard but staff used the seating more than the guests! One night about 4am someone tried to get into our room, got up to see what was happening and saw the overnight reception guy trying to let a drunk couple into obviously the wrong room, they ended up next door.We saw inside a junior suite as we passed the door and it looked nicer and I’m sure if we’d paid more our room would have been better but it wasn’t as described and that was the biggest disappointment.Just want to mention the lovely lady that does breakfast, she was smiley every day and helpful and managed it all on her own, she is a credit to the team.Location is good if you don’t mind walking and it is in a safe residential area.

  This is an older hotel, which provides for some lovely gardens. The pool area is clean and quiet. A lovely lady provides a breakfast bar poolside. The welcome drink was a nice touch.My room wasn't great. It had a strong smell of bleach all night. The locks on my door were hard to operate and you were locked in unless you had a key to get out. My roomate found this out the hard way. You can't brush your teeth from the tap water, but bottled water is provided. There isn't anywhere to really walk to. The area is very run down and didn't feel safe for a single woman to walk. Beds were comfortable and the fridge was large, so was the TV.

  Good Local facility in a Good location. Down the Road from Bay Street. Easy to Fish Fry/Arawak Beach& Sanders Beach. Local bus to travel around. Friendly Staff and good accommodations for older facility. I felt SAFE with Security & Locked entrance. They did serve breakfast however I did not enjoy this time. I thought the site indicated they had a Shuttle service but they did not. They will just request a Cab like every other hotel.
