Facility

English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available.     Location is the only one reason I booked this hotel, as it is just next to the exhibition centre. However, I started to regret my decision while was going up to the room. The hotel itself looks very "tired" and requires some urgent renovation. Many stains on the walls and floor in the room, in the corridor and in the gym. Gym looks very sad, dirty, doesn't have even a water cooler, toilet and 0 mirrors. Also first towel that I received got some yellow stains and there was opened shampoo that was obviously used by the previous guest. Also you cannot use the kettle because the plug type doesn't match, which makes no sense to me.Reception staff was good but not the Room Service, was trying to order some food but was not able to simply communicate with room service so I had to leave the hotel and eat elsewhere.And for all of this, its very overpriced.Will never come back

    The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing and It’s front of Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre ,staff was very helpful. The room was vey clean and pleasant. All the amenities were first class. The breakfast very nice with all kinds of choices and a fresh omelet bar too. Highly recommend.

    Had stayed to attend an event at the convention center. It was a very big mistake this time. During my previous visit it was much better. Even sufficient toiletries are not available. Fungus seen in bathroom area. Dusty smell in room. Absolutely no cleanliness. Breakfast no fresh food available. All canned juices and food stuff. They charge for airport pick up. When checked other hotels near by and even far off give complimentary drop and pick up to convention center as well. Will try another hotel next time.

    First and foremost, this is billed as a 4 star property. Its 2 star AT BEST.Stayed here for a few nights when I was in Bahrain for a convention. Hotel is located bang opposite the Bahrain Convention Center and barely a 5 minute walk. This is the one saving grace of the hotel, the rest is all bad newsBed bugs. Bed bugs. I have rashes on multiple parts of the body thanks to unwelcome guests in my bed. That or poorly cleaned sheets and (thin) duvet. Pick your poison. Now to the other lowlights...- Most rooms are cramped and very poorly laid out. I paid extra to move to a room with a king bed that didn't make me feel as if I was sleeping in the room under the stairs- Rooms are very poorly lit with dim yellow lights. Feels depressing- Furniture is old and in poor condition. Stains everywhere- TV hung desolate on the wall, looked like it was ready to jump off its hinges and run away - Threadbare towels and their standard is a single thin towel and 1 smaller towel. Felt unclean- Toiletries are basic and of poor quality- Woefully understaffed. Usually 1 person at the front desk handling everything, 1 bell boy and a few stragglers about. Must point out here that the staff present actually do their best with a smile, so this is no reflection on them. This is purely on the hotel management trying to squeeze cost- Breakfast buffet is very ordinary. I skipped it in lieu of convention coffee and biscuits. Yup, that bad- Housekeeping is a shambles. I shared my room with the same piece of fallen potato chip for 4 nights - The ironing board and iron were probably sourced from a junkyardSo to make a long story short ...... just go elsewhere and write shorter, happier reviews.
