Location

The hotel is located in the Seef area, in close proximity to major shopping centres, such as the Seef Mall, Al A’Ali Mall, Dana Mall and Bahrain Mall. It is also within close proximity to the upcoming city centre project, to the major banking headquarters and the Seef corporate area, and it is a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the diplomatic enclave and Bahrain’s central business district. The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from Bahrain International Airport and both the National Museum and the Marina Club are close by.

Facility

130 suites are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     A very welcoming experience from a lady receptionist upon check in. Great place to stay and relax, quiet and spacious apartment. I ordered breakfast to my room and it is well presented and also the staff is very kind and polite. Thank you so much

    Unbelievably trashy hotel with no respect for people living around. They blast music from their rooftop so loud every day from 5pm till 2am, regardless of who is living around. Do not recommend ever staying there or going near it as a matter of fact. When I tried to reason with their team they were very uncooperative and did not care in the slightest that they were disturbing other people, in fact they even made their music louder.

    It was very bad experience i have never experienced this bad hotel before. Management has changed and everything has changed with it, staff, cleanliness, organization and everything. I was supposed to enter at three o'clock in the afternoon, but due to poor organization, I did not get a room until five o'clock, and there is a person at the reception who I think is of Moroccan nationality and completely lacks the skills to deal with people and customers. This is the last time to come here😒

    Not My Second Home Anymore!!!

    The management has changed and the customer service has also taken a turn for the worse.I had been a regular customer for over 7 years. The superb customer service coupled by personal attention by the team including Mukesh on the front desk made every stay memorable for me and my family.This time I received surprises after surprises ( I wish they were pleasant but they kept getting worse).1- I had booked the hotel for a preferred rate and upon arrival learned that the rate is bumped up by 10BD. Shock-12- I coped with it and accepted it since I was staying overnight. The next morning I walk into the restaurant for breakfast and learn that the nightly rate doesn’t include breakfast “anymore”. Shock-2 coupled with embarrassment.At this point, I checked out instantly never to come here again, unless a miracle happens.Clearly not the elite grande I had known for the last 7 years and called my second home in Bahrain.Please stay away from this place if you don’t want to be ripped off. I, for one do not recommend this anymore.

    Had a great stay in this hotel,Bahrain ... exceeded my expectation and some, great location, great staff, very warm welcome from Moh'd Ali on arrival that provided us will all the need to know local knowledge, where to go , and how to get there etc, was very much appreciated.
