Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.     I had a very pleasant experience thanks to the nehal Singh and paitiah janita and Rohit room attendant very good . The room was always kept spotless, well-organized, and refreshed on time each day. Attention to detail was impressive—from neatly arranged amenities to perfectly made bedding. The attendant was also courteous, respectful, and always greeted with a warm smile, making the stay even more comfortable. Their dedication and professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience. Highly appreciated!

    WORSE EXPERIENCE - the beach is dirty, the spa is bad with all honesty.

    This is a worse hotel I ever visited. We booked for 6 night but only slept there for a x1 night. They even refused to give some money back. This is not a 5 star. NOT even 3 star. Very disappointing. I’m going to share on my tick tok my experience and even advise any African person to visit this hotel. My wife couldn’t even do the spa at that hotel.

    I want to share my appreciation for the exceptional experience we had during our stay at Lagoona Beach. The team delivered outstanding support from start to finish and truly made our visit memorable.The stay itself was wonderful. The pools were fantastic, the theme park and character experiences were outstanding, and the bird and animal attractions were a real highlight for the kids. The pony rides were amazing and added something truly special to the trip. Overall, everything was thoughtfully designed and very well executed.A special thanks again to the team that supported us throughout. From reservations handled smoothly by Ziban and Asep, to Ayush for the warm welcome and ongoing support, to Beverly at the front desk for her professionalism and hospitality, and to Sandeep from housekeeping for excellent and responsive service.     I want to leave a review from the bottom of my heart to the most beautiful Oumaime, she is a person with a big kind heart, a very honest decent person. The whole hotel team is wonderful people!
