    Amazing offer from excellent hotel

    Via a booking site I had seen this hotel, for the first time, with an incredible offer even during weekends. I thought to try and see if it is true. Not only excellent rate but also no prior payment required including free cancellation as well. What a lovely great offer and deal. Upon arrival and I seen even more great reception and warm welcome. Ms Catherine was there to assist and provided a wonderful service and hospitality. It was a lovely vast room to stay. It was like a flat with all necessary things including washing machine. I was so happy with the room and the entire experience. Thanks to Catherine for this amazing experience at this hotel.

    This place is rated as a 4-star hotel, but it doesn’t deserve even one star. The cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable — the rooms were dirty, floors stained, and the towels had a bad smell. The customer service is terrible; there’s no professionalism or care for guests, and every inquiry is met with indifference or delays.The parking situation is another disaster — very tight spaces, making it difficult to park without risking damage to your car.Bottom line: I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, whether for tourism or business. A terrible experience I will never repeat!

    An OK place to stay

    Booked here well in advance so I got the stay at a reasonable price to stay for the F1 race. It was ok but not nearly as plush as the photos. The rooms were large but the living and kitchen area were quite dark and dismal. The bathroom could also do with a bit of TLC - quite a few patch up areas on grout and sealant and the bathroom tap had to be fixed whilst we were there as it stuck! The kitchenette although welcome was a bit of a waste of time - no pans to use on the hob, no kitchenware to use in the oven and only cutlery was two spoons! The saving grace was that the bed was very comfortable - just a shame it's right next to a mosque which had large speakers calling worshippers to prayer at 4:45am each day!

    Fantastic apartment with all the comforts. Large spaces, equipped kitchen and nice balcony. There is a rooftop pool and a restaurant that you can also orser in your room from. Close to city center with friendly staff. Unfortunateky no one cleaned my room in my 2 day stay.

    location is good near to the most attracted shopping malls. room size is good & clean. They upgraded my room to a suit & thanks for that. they don’t provide slippers in the rooms. when I checked-in there is only one big towel in the bathroom. I called housekeeping to provide me with one big & two small towel. however they refused and they said we can only provide one towel per room. they I called reception and they guy there solve the issue and I get the towels.
