    We booked to stay here for 3 nights via Booking.com, after seeing it was 4 star - OH NO IT ISN’T!The Reception was very dimly lit and the decor quite dated, but the Reception Staff were friendly and helpful and took our bags to the room.The room was dirty and smelt. There was dirt in the bath from the extractor fan above and the bath itself had an attractive cigarette burn.The lamp shades in the bedroom were broken and covered in dust and the handles of the wardrobe were broken.We couldn’t face staying in the room so went back down to Reception within 10 minutes of getting in there.Again the staff were friendly and understanding suggesting an alternative room but I think this wasn’t the first complaint of this nature.They took our luggage to the car for us after we confirmed we did not want to stay.The two staff we met were good but that is the only redeeming feature of this experience.There are plenty of other hotels in the area (which we have stayed in) which are much nicer.

    The worst hotel I have ever seenVery bad experience during check in ,front desk reception employs Carol and Kumar were very unprofessional. They refuse to give me the room key unless I leave 30 BD as insurance deposit !!!!!!!!!It was a big argue and I asked for a manager and instead they call the security guy for me !!!!!!No afIter I pay 100 USD as deposit the room was very very very bad.not clean no towels very old furniture TV with only 2 channels !!!!!!!I used to stay in hotels all my life but THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I EVER SEEN Please don't check in it is waste of money. Not suitable hotel for stay

    This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. My first experience was good. But my last stay was very bad. Room was ok but toilet shower was leaking. No toiletries provided next day till I call and ask for. Wi-Fi was very bad in room. I booked this hotel seeing the price but it was a big mistake. I ended up paying more than double with hidden charges. There are much better hotels in same area where you can find best price with excellent quality. The only bar available in hotel is Russian bar. Do not expect any cooperation or perks from staff even being regular customer. I am surely not going back again to this hotel and not going to recommend to anyone too.

    Living room and bedroom was okay. Bathroom tiles need cleaning see mold. Fried rice and grilled chicken was outstanding. Can not bring guess, if bring you will pay extra. Security is at both entrance juffair Mall is a 5 minute walk. Texas BBQ is right up the street 5 minutes.

    Nice place, I had a two bedroom suite room which was great. Best part of Thebes property is that first it's not really very expensive and second it's walking by distance to all the clubs around. Perfect for short trips
