    4*? Maybe 20 years ago....the room, suite, I got is big, that's on the positive side: big lounge, spacious bedroom, bath room, seperate guest toilets and kitchenette with washing machine, but thats where the positive points stop:Noise level: high due to bad isolationAtmosphere: mediocre since the room smelled dampPool: badly maintained sun loungers and the water looks as if it hasn't been exchanged for a long timeBreakfast: terrible, with stall coffee, some tasteless cold meat, toast, an acceptable fruit saladService: non-existent. Three nights stay and cleaning happened only once after having complained to the front deskI regret every cent I have spent for this accommodation

    Disappointed with the cleanliness and quality of the apartment. Wont be staying here again! Washer dryer is there but dryer doesn’t work. Pots pans and cutlery minimal. Had to ask for more..curtains falling ….windows dirty … overall not a place to stay with family . We are booked in for 20 days ! All the best to us ! :(

    Short of staff, Managers need to face the customers. Only 2 reception staff, 3 cleaners. No cleaning schedule, even if u request for it. Pool door knobs both sides are destroyed, not safe, someone might get locked in up there. Start hiring again, to improve the service. OVER ALL, avoid this place. There are other better apartment hotels. Bad image for Tulip Inn.

    We made a reservation through phone for two night and it was confirmed with late check in and it was fine. Later that day we received a call from the receptionist telling us that the room is released to other guest. And the excuse was we were late for 30 minutes and that they have a short of staff and they cannot accomodate the cleaning which she gave us the same reason for the late check in and we understood. Our phone was reacheable to not received any confirmation/follow up call if we are coming or not at least.When i spoke to the General Manager Ahamad, he given us different reason which was because of electricity problem???? And he was not polite at all and with high voice. And No wonder the service is really terrible as the leader is possesed even more.Not definetely worth to pay and stay with this service. Strongly suggest to book for another place with decent staff behavior. Will never book again and even suggest others for it.

    I booked a 14 night stay in an apartment en route to Riyadh. I stayed only 3 nights because of the level of cleanliness. On arrival, the fridge wasn’t clean neither were the work surfaces. Worrying in these times.
